The Practice
Hafeez Architect is an architectural consultancy practice registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) providing architectural consultancy services ranging from architecture, interior design, urban design to master planning.
Hafeez Architect is a pool of dedicated, proactive professionals working in an optimum and conducive environment with a common goal to provide exemplary service while producing high quality designs with extreme professionalism.
Design Philosophy
At Hafeez Architect, every project starts with fresh thinking, leading to the solution that is tailor-made to both site and user.
Design is typically undertaken by a team that starts a project sees it through to completion, thus providing continuity throughout. We always consider the built environment as a totality and to apply a truly integrated approach to responsible design.
Principal
Ar. IDr. Mohd Hafeez Shariffudin
Born in Subang Jaya in 1987, Hafeez earned his BSc of Architecture in 2009 from Universiti Teknologi MARA and his Masters of Architecture in 2011 from Deakin University, Australia.
Upon returning to Malaysia in 2011, he started his career as an architect with FOCUS Architects and Urban Planners Sdn Bhd, Petaling Jaya and later in 2015 moved to GDP Architects, Kuala Lumpur. He rejoined FOCUS in 2018, obtained his Part 3 License in 2019 and was appointed as a Director at FOCUS not long after. He started his own practice in 2021 under the name of Hafeez Architect in Subang Jaya.
He has also been committed in academic activities, a part-time lecturer in UiTM Shah Alam for 8 years and was appointed as external examiner for several universities.
